I have rental property, and this software is easy to use. It calculates depreciation and
net value with ease. Also, reporting my retirement is a breeze. E-file is an added bonus.

Buggy MacOS Version

Used HRB on Mac for years. This years version a bit buggy. Wouldn’t print return property and wouldn’t pickup syste date which buggered efile. Got workarounds for all but too many calls to support req’d cause they don’t have chat anymore. Last year for this turkey.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is no way to get credit for home EV charger. Same as last year. Major flaw. Form 8911
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Purchased and used today. I have used this product several times. This was the worst experience I’ve had with it.

OK software, but I can't read it on screen!

Second year of using this. It does a thorough job, but the software's font type is so small I can't read it! I have to turn on Windows Magnifying Glass to 300% just to see what I'm doing! Need a way to increase size of type in the windows so I can see it!!!

Still Good for Old Timer

At 86 years of age with help of my wife I can still get through the process. I need to occasionally go back and look-up and review certain tax terminology and such. Good program. Been doing it now for about 30 years, look forward to the next 30.
