Software was all screwed up. HRB showed a refund but IRS said I owed. This years software was crap

I've been using HR Block tax software since 2002 with no regrets. Easy to use and covers everything for my needs as a sole proprietor. Have heard from the IRS one time (last year) and it was their mistake.

I like the software and have used it for the last few years. I am somewhat computer savvy but I think it needs to be more intuitive for someone that may not be. I find myself at times trying to figure out what to do next. An example that comes to mind is when the software does a completion check it really doesn't give very good direction as to what or how to correct the discrepancy.
