It's easy to use and thorough. I wouldn't consider any other software nor would I feel the need for a professional. We had some rental property this year and it was easy to specify.

H&R Block tax software does a great job with its user interface questions to take you through what needs to be input for a 1040. However, in areas that are unusual or complicated where you really need the help, H&R comes up a little short and you are left to your own research to complete.
