It needs to be able to import data from more exchanges like Webull. Otherwise still useful software as long as you know how to get forms out of their library and fill them out with the software. Online support tech guided me through this.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

TOO Many late updates. IRS is slow. Waiting until the deadline to send in taxes because Block is updating often and late is wrong.

Still have not received my refund due to a error that keeps coming up about last AGI. I sent them in because it won’t allow me to e-file! I used your program last year so all my info imported and still the same error! I re-did them manually and get the same amount! Not sure what the heck is going on!

Last tax season was kind of clunky. Software seemed to lose its place when backing up and making adjustments. I've used it for probably 20+ years but the experience over the last two years is causing me to look into other offerings for next season. Perhaps the confusing tax code is taking its toll. Previous years have been great though.

I've used this software for many years and have always had great results with it. I feel that it asks the right questions to guide a person through the items that they need to file without having to go through the whole form. The forms have always been accepted the first time, and the tax calculations are correct. I don't see any reason to change to anything else.
