Recovery credits messaging needs work

I have been using this for over a decade. The Recovery Credits conflicted messaging was vague. Just gave up on the warning. Repayment from a NH tax on business sent you to IRS documentation - Really. Support for MA was also lacking. Why not carry over the State Tax amount from the Federal? The days worked is based on the 2019 ratio. Why not calculate the days worked based on entering the ratio? Know that there were changes to the code, but you should keep up with the changes. I had to refer to the Mass DOR website. I buy software because I do not want to read government documents.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

The tax date has been extended until 04/18/2022, yet I cannot submit my return on 04/15/2022

2021 Taxes

Terrible, software was difficult to install, documents would not fit page to print. Since software would not print documents, I tried to e-file State, to no avail. I've had minor trouble before, but, nothing like this. Oh yeah, when calling for support I was transferred to another rep. four times then call was dropped. This went on for 8 hours. What a waste.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing seems to work without bugs right from the wrong version delivered to having to make numerous entries over and over again. This is the most crapulent garbage I’ve ever bought!
