Cumbersome and awkward to use . Difficult and confusing to navigate.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Extremely easy to use

I have used H&R Block tax software for about 8 or 9 years now. It has only gotten better and easier to use. Any question I might have is quickly solved with the helper tools included with the software. And explanations are direct and easy to follow.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Instructions for correcting Fed rejection need imp

Kept getting rejected by the Feds because my spouse AGI didn;t match last years return. I tried both the original AGI and the amended AGI and nothing worked. I finally inserted "0" and they accepted it. I think your instructions for correcting the return should include that as an option. I had to try 20 different things before it finally worked.

2021 HRB Tax Review

Not without its problems, but still so much easier to do than doing it manually. I check against a spreadsheet workbook created manually following the IRS instructions (including the complicated Schedule D Tax computation) and the HRB program matched exactly.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I am no tax expert, hence why I use this software. I have been using TaxCut for over 11 years now and I have been very happy with it. Is it better than other software? I have no idea, but I have no complaints. I feel confident that the software is providing correct and best possible information for me.
