It is a good product if you know what you are doing. It needs more intelligent built in for a novice user. The addition of the interview feature is useful, but again needs better intelligence built in.
I have used for many years and I am happy with it. But again, I know where to go and what to fill in.

I can't open one of my files that I need to finish without starting over. Much as we pay for these programs, they need to be designed and trouble shoot better.

The software isn’t very easy to use and is only slightly better than doing taxes by hand. Not worth the money at all if you need to file in more than one state. I will not use it again.
