I think this might be the last year I use their software. I had to do mine couple of times and each time I got a different amount for the refund using the same number. GARBAGE!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

State programs for MA and RI are not ideal. MA won’t let you e-file if you have other state tax credit. You can’t e-file RI if filing a non-resident return.
