It is a convenient way to complete your taxes. Need to be aware it would not download on older computers with not a recent software.

It works pretty well, not perfect. Downloads from W2 came back a error and hard to correct. Delete and enter manually. Going back to the beginning and checking entries could be smoother and could lead to duplicates.
Cons: Hard to import documents
