I like that it imports last year’s information. I generally like the question format. It seemed harder to find particular things when I needed to fix them in error review. I wish state filing were free.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

The Premium version has been very easy to use, each year since 2013. Especially useful is the data carryover from the prior year. The updates are timely, and e-filing is a breeze.

It has all needed functionalities and price is affordable compared to many other similar products. There is lot of scope to improve UI, navigation and quick actions. Integration 1099-B has bugs.
