I have used the premium product with MLP K-1’s and uploaded brokerage documents along with normal taxable income and not had any issues. Very good and easy product to use year after year.

I like to use your software, but I did have to contact one of your support people. I tried a selection in the software that I had never used before to see if I qualified for what ever deduction might be available. It turned out that I did not qualify, which was OK, so then I tried to remove the form that had been generated by the selection and I could not do it. After speaking with your support person I was able to get the form removed, but it was very labor intensive as I removed all information related to the selection before I could remove the form. Then I had to readd all the data I had just removed

The program works well, but there are several areas that I found difficult to work with. 1. The text is too small. When I made it larger on my screen, I lost the ability to check on the box to move on to the next screen. 2. Some of the things that are asked seem like they're expecting you to be an accountant who knows all the specifics of taxes. 3. The summary page of your taxes is not laid out in an way to easily review it in the future. 4. Planning for next year's taxes does not take place until after you finish and file your taxes. I would have changed my refund amount had I had this information earlier. 5. I found TurboTax easier to navigate and find related information. 6. The program does not automatically print out all that is required to file my state taxes.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could not submit online return. Used four of my free submittals. All rejected said the 2019 AGI submitted did not match what IRS had on file. Got the IRS transcript, quadruple checked the numbers, then checked again, all matched perfect, all submittals rejected for this reason. IRS site has a bug, or H&R software has a bug, either way using H&R software to do this did not work.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
