Even if you are not an expert, the H&at Block product asks so many questions it will guide you through the whole process. This is my 3rd year using it satisfied.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Perhaps easier to use than Turbotax, but had great difficulty in uploading the update and without the updates one would file. The help feature is somewhat worthless. I tried all of the suggested ways to upload the update given in the Q&A, to absolutely no avail. What overr 40 minutes to chat with on-line help, and was told to retry the Q&A methods again - another couple hours wasted. Went back to chat on-line, waited 26 minutes explained my problems and was finally sent a new version of the HRBlock Premium software link. Following loading the newer software everything worked fine, but I wasted an extra four hours of my time trying to get my return filed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Using this software made it so much easier to do our taxes. It takes you through each step and also has a way of answering the questions that may come up in each section. It made filing my taxes an enjoyable and less "taxing" experience. :)
