Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The software is a great value for the price. It is transparent and easily leads you to only the necessary items for the return, without having to click through dozen of screens for items that do not apply like TurboTax has you do. The software has an interview method or a direct to the forms method for entering your info. Best feature is the drag and drop for many tax documents!
