Software did a good job with the questions it asked. Was able to complete a fairly complicated ret urn with just a little effort. Sometimes it seemed a little hard to navigate. Otherwise, Great Job!

I have used this softwear for over 10 years. I trust it filing for my taxes. It ask all the right questions to make sure I get all my deductions I was entitled to. I like that it check for errors and help me to correct them.

Not enough follow up with emails from where your tax’s stand. Plus it says deposit but no follow up. Faster the. The irs but still leaves you lost as to what and when your stuff will be deposited. Nice that it notified me of the accepts of my state and federal just no date as to when I will get my money.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

This is the second time when using h&r block software that when I did an update it totally lost my taxes and I had to redo. Nothing is more disappointing than doing your taxes twice.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
