I have used this HR Block program for many years. Imports my last years tax info and so easy to use. I highly recommend HR Block Tax programs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Every January 1 I order my copy of HRB Premium. I always get excellent results, prompts kep me going in the right direction exploring all potential deductions!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Used H and R Tax program for 7 years. This year's tax program had alot of changes with the tax code. I felt it summarized the changes so you knew what to answer. This does not mean that you didn't have to think about the questions.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

This program provides a start to assist someone to gather the necessary paperwork to do taxes. It is easy to move through the basic sections, but in the areas where the tax law is either changing or very complicated, this program does not adequately break things down. The section on HSA's was lacking.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
