It’s frustrating to try to figure out all the review questions at the end when I feel like I’ve answered all those questions as I was doing the taxes. Also, I’ve found that at times there are multiple forms that I guess were there because of the year before but that weren’t needed and that caused me to have to review and try to figure out what was wrong. It would be nice if there were prompts maybe to check if you need the same form multiple times?
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

Great tax software; would have given 5 stars but the state tax preparation software has limited "help".in terms of a federal taxable income which is not taxable by a particular state (i,e, income from pensions which I knew was exempt from state tax, but I had to gain that knowledge independently from sources other than H&R Block tax software.
