No path to report program bugs

Illinois rejected return because of a calculation bug in Form 1299-C.
There was no way to inform the developers.
I had to invent a work-around.

Good except...

I have been using H&R Block Tax Sortware since 2005. Each year I make the same suggestions. Nothing changes. So I will make them once again.
1. Help to answer TAX questions leaves much to be desired.
2. Finding where to enter certain data search is confusing. No place to type a question (Not a software question.)
3. Cannot print estimate tax forms for next tax year are included in the software.
**4. FRONT SIZE is to small and there is No way to change it!
Answer to next question is I am not sure I would.

Saves work but buggy

Importing the records from the investment manager saved me a lot of work, Unfortunately, there was a data error in the 1099R. The interview asked me for all the information in the 1099R and used that to calculate the tax, but apparently stored the erroneous form to be submitted with the return. Then it refused to e-file because of the data error in the uploaded 1099R. The help feature had nothing about the error message. Every year there is some howler of a bug that I have to spend two hours working around. Send me your test plan next year and I'll review it, no charge.

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
