Plus is that the software really helps you do your taxes
Minus is that updating state program is very difficult this year...I needed to call for help on two separate occasions.

I have used this Premium package for servers years.
I made the mistake of buying a new computer after buying the software and tried to bring it over from old to new. But tech services (Teya great job!)helped me out and all’s well that ends well!

The program did not save Dividend and Interest Information. I had to file amended Federal Tax. It was not operator error. It happened on both Federal Taxes prepared. This is the first year I have had a problem.

Still difficult to jump back and forth while using. Limited and Confusing directions on rare items like 1098T
