Just OK. Multiple times when progressing to the next screen the SKIP or NEXT button did not show. Had to go BACK and then try again. If that doesn’t work, then I wonder if the calculations are correct.

I have used the H&R Block tax software for years... it is easy to use, easy to electronically file from, regularly updates throughout the tax season as federal & state forms change, and seamlessly carries over applicable data from the previous year's returns. As an owner of rental property who has lived in several states as well as overseas, my tax returns have been anything but simple... for me, H&R Block has been the reliable solution.

It was PERFECT, the one exception would be the state return. I had to declare a loss on a rental property and there was no explanation as to how to accomplish that on my state return. There was some teeny, tiny form and I was not sure why the loss did not simply carry over from the Federal Form. I tried multiple times to try to figure it out, finally just left it blank and probably missed out on about $400 that should have been refunded from state taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
