Good program. Not very good support

I am in the process of filing for me and my kids. Only one return did not have a software issue. Fortunately, if you want to file on paper, you can make the software do what you want with overrides. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the new tax code, they still do not have everything correct. Specifically the QBI from a K-1
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

So very easy....just plug in the numbers. We have been using this software for several years and have no issues....and we do have what would be considered a headache in t terms of rental property, sale of property and various stocks and funds.....no problem at all. I am certain a CPA would charge an arm and a leg. Thank you

The questions were up front and most were easy to figure out. The only down side is you can't get any tax questions answered so if things do get complicated you will have to either get outside assistance or pay extra to get any questions answered.
