Better Than Turbo but Lack Real Person Chat

Second Year with H&R. They should have Chat with real Person help
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

HR Block security review process, speaks volumes to the commitment to protecting information; in addition to the integrity of the comapny. I would recommend the use of the software, as my wife was estatic about how easy doing the taxes this year.

Very easy to follow, I've been using H&R BLOCK for about 15 yrs and my 17 yr old grandson just filed his own taxes for the very first time and had no problem. The software is getting pricey, but otherwise love it!!
