The software was easy to install and use. I was puzzled by a query encountered in the final checkout concerning an entry in my 2018 taxes (also done with H&R software), which was irrelevant to my 2019 taxes. Also, nothing I did would make the irrelevancy go away, so I just ignored it.

New tax foremats were confusing. Rental income, falls into depreciation. So why ask for it again later on, in rental income? Caused me to double enter the rental income, thereby doubling my tax. Last years foremat was much easier.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
