Have used the software for years. This is first year that they had a bug that delayed my electronic filing by almost three weeks until they could fix the bug and provide a software update. Otherwise the package has worked well for me.

I would rate it higher if you ever listened to user's comments and took action to correct issues with the software. I've been doing residential rental properties with your product for several years now and am frustrated with the fact that even though I use one vehicle for all 12 of my rental properties, the software assumes that each property has it's own vehicle, so I have to re-enter the same information each time. Also, even though I import the previous year's data, the depreciation type never carries over, so it has to be verified and corrected on each asset that I depreciate.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and well designed. One thing of note, and this isn't a big deal, but I of course had to go back and forth between the file explorer folders that stored the PDFs of my tax forms (W2, 1098s etc.) and the tax software. I wonder if it's possible for the system to allow for a small amount of temporary upload storage that lets you easily reference documents within the software itself. Say, a sidebar with a folder structure that lets you preview each document, and then close the preview and stay on the same screen of the tax filing, making it easy to fill in the numbers you just saw. You'd want to destroy the document storage after the session, of course. I wouldn't mind a calculator sidebar either! Although maybe you have that - I didn't actually check. Thanks!
