I have used H&R software before H&R even took over it's prior product and never had a problem. This year the downloaded software would not load on my PC. Apparently this is a known issue to support and their work around was to install a different user on my Windows 10 and use it to install the software, which I did. Now the program will not update unless I exit my user name and log in as the second user. This is unacceptable, if their software does not load properly, they should fix it, not offer a complicated and unacceptable work around.

not able to print return on screen

I think it is a terrible software that does not allow me to print the return on screen so that I can review it without printing the whole thing out on the printer.

I had 5 1099-R to add to my return. On 1 of them I forgot to add the almost $600 withheld in state taxes. I didn't realize this until I had submitted the return. This was obviously my mistake but I feel like your verification process should have pointed this out. I added the state tax on all the others. I had to do an amended tax form, which, btw, your premium package didn't include. Not happy. Not sure what I will do next year.

i have been using your software for over 10 years. Never a problem always . Only problem with hew tax laws refund is less and less. Each year.
