Great year to year records updates. Having used HRB for 7 years, it is easy for the program to gather previous years information and bring into current year. The usual forms that are used each year are readily recognized. I use the interview process on the program. At the end it allows me to compare to previous years to see how your financials progress.

I bought this edition in Dec but I still had to wait for updates to complete my return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

Too many issues I have used this software since 2015 and first time I had this type of issues, it keeps saying I used my Efile for federal when I wasn’t able to send it

Not good for non professional tax accountants.

I use this product because I know how to fill out a tax return and only need it to do the calculations and print the return. For this it is fine, but I can't recommend it to someone who isn't familiar with filing tax returns.
