This updated version is great. Very smooth page by page application. Quicker too.

This year it wouldn't import information properly from 2018 return. Tried 3 times before just entering the current years information manually. Issues did not occur then.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Can complete and efile multiple family returns

Software fairly easy to use, were able to complete our returns quickly. The fact that you can complete and efile multiple federal returns was a big plus. Slight negatives - couldn't import my wife's W-2, and the same "possible issues" kept popping up on the final check even after I reviewed them and decided they didn't apply.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Great customer service

I was having all kinds of problems doing my tax form and I called and spoke with a VERY patient customer service rep. She figured out I had downloaded the incorrect program. She emailed me the correct program and instead of owing I am getting a refund!!

I have a vacation rental property and several investments and have used H&R Block software for the last few years and have been extremely pleased with the detailed instructions and help features. Very easy to use and I am confident with the results!
