I have been using H&R since 1999 and never had any problems. I used Tax Cut before that.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Good, but could be better

I've used this program for over 5 years now. The basics work really well. The more advanced features, you better pay attention. Depreciation does not come over with the same time and method frame as you used the previous year. It has to be reviewed and corrected. That is a real pain. Now I write down what I did last year so I can quickly go through each one and update. That really needs to be changed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
