Difficult using with a Mac This Year

I am very grateful for H&R Block's tax filing software. I believe it is potentially the best. Unfortunately this year I had to spend about 5.5 hours on the phone with them because of problems getting it to run with a Mac computer. If I'm going to use them again next year then I hope they fix their software problems so I can do it on a Mac.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

Blows up without warning - Save Often!!!

This is the buggiest version of H&R Block software I have ever encountered and I have been using it for over 20 years (when it was TaxCut). It blew up constantly. It blew up after entering all of my W2 information for 2 jobs and I had to start all over agian! After that I got into the habit of pressing Command+S after every page because I never knew when it was going to quit and I'd have redo from 5 or 6 pages back. Horrible experience on the Mac.
I isn't smart enough to print out NYS voucher pages. It knows I owe money, it know I'm mailing a check, yet the voucher to mail the state check is not in the printouts? I have to go back and show all forms and print the voucher manually out myself. Not what I expected from H&R Block.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I found the program a little hard to navigate but the advice for the forms and lines was helpful.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The easiest we've EVER filled. All we had to do was answer questions and enter information. This method of doing taxes paid for itself. The only noticeable drawback was that I had to "play" with filing status to maximize our refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Double charged

Maybe user error, but it double charged for my state return when it didn't accept the first code. Please update and make it easier for any user errors, if code was inputted incorrectly. Thank you

I've used H&R Block for years. It is easy to follow and works great if I E-file. But it won't print off my state forms for mailing. Frustrated.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
