You represented 3 state returns could be filed. Untrue, there is a fee. Additional state is outrageously overpriced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using your programs for years and enjoy the way it prompts you to enter data correctly.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Pretty good but not spectacular

Have used H&R for over a decade now. I was surprised that the product only included Federal file and not state even though the state program was included. Also was surprised that tax modeling required redundant entries. If I've entered the data one and it was classified correctly why would I need to enter it again? I was verifying that Married Filing Joint was still better than Married Filing Separate.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Chat with Tax Professional was made harder to use

I have been purchasing this software, since I can chat with tax professional for free.
It had been so easy, but not this year.
To find the link was made too complicated, and waiting time was not showing, which made it harder to use.
Hope this was not done intentionally.

Accuracy check is awesome!

The software is easy to use and has interviews to guide you. Then when you are done you can do an accuracy check. If you use it every year you can import your prior year tax return to guide you and save time. Tax professional are not going to take the time to find the extra deductions the software will guide you to.

OK with product until time to print. Could not avoid printing schedules 1-6 even when they had no information on them. Didn't have to submit them-why print them?
