Overall accuracy good- format flows. Main deficiency concerns process for correcting errors that are underscored in the attempt to file at the completion stage. The process is too opaque and was frustrating too say the least.

Every year it gets worse. I do the same things almost every year, yet, each year the software gets worse and i feel less confident in the results.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
