have been using this software for over 20 years, this year I have experienced glitches and problems with the software for the first time. I'll be truthful and say I nay very well switch to turbotax in the future

USED H&R SOFTWARE FOR 2024 RETURNS AND IT WAS VERY CONFUSING. DECIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE WITH MY 2025 RETURN AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS NO BETTER. PROBABLY WILL NOT USE NEXT YEAR.
