This tax prep product rated 4 stars because it could use some more clarification when it comes to inputting data. I kept coming up with a missing data warning when a particular item did not apply to our situation. It was rather disconcerting.

Overall, very easy to complete. I did qualify for the senior deduction, however, it was very difficult to see where that deduction actually took place. Other than that, I like all the tools and the updates accordingly.

I have been using this package (premium) for about 15 years now. The last couple years it has become increasingly difficult to use. This year I was unable to get it loaded on my windows 10 machine that I always use. With a great deal of help from a young lady at your help line (after an extended conversation with a worthless AI assistant) I was able to get the software working and finished my project in about 24 hours.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
