I've been using H&R Block Software for 25 years. It is very user-friendly and accurate. I especially like Deduction Pro when I have itemized deductions. In the past few years I have imported documents from my financial institutions which is a massive time saver. I'm always confident when I file that all my information has been entered and is accurate.

Form 8911 - Alternative Fuel Refueling Property

I bought the premium and it is missing forms that I need in order to efile. Don't know if that's a ploy to get me to go into the office and additionally pay for something that should have been included with the program. Form 8911 - Alternative Fuel Refueling Property, and important form and is entirely missing. Turbo tax has it, why not HRB? I have to manually do the return or buy Turbo Tax in addition.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
