Long time user of competitive product, switched this year and I am so far pleased. Its not quite as thorough as the former product, but I only found one error in the premier version (NYS issue). Also, not enough detail in explanations, how do I know how to answer some of these questions when i don't understand the question?

I purchased the software and started doing my taxes and then found out that it could not download the information from Merrill Edge. So I had to get the required info from the paper reports.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sometimes I had to figure a work around when I 1099 confused the software but it was able to handle most complex tasks. I felt that the cost for e-filing the state return was excessive so I printed it out and mail it in.
