You tax software is not as intuitive as it used to be. The chatbot, A.I. help and even the young live chat agent. Could not help me. I had to develop and implement my work-around on my own.

"interview questions" did not capture all deduction scenarios. I had to refile for an amended return. It's good at replicating the prior year scenario, but not picking up changes.

Program worked well except for one area concerning whether to estimate a penalty or let the IRS figure it and bill me later. I went round and round until I finally figured it out. But it took me several hours.
