Good overall. 1099 upload needs improvement

The questionnaire is helpful & facilitates data entry for many (most?) tax situations. One feature which really needs improvement is upload of 1099's (consolidated 1099, 1099-DIV). The software doesn't support download of data from some financial institutions (Wells Fargo, in my case) and the software doesn't support upload of pdf's like some other software does, meaning that the data would have to be entered manually (40 pages of data in my case).
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

The extension for Federal Tax return was good. But when I did the state extension I could not figure out how to pay an estimated tax. So I will now have to pay a penalty when I file and owe taxes. This needs to be made easier.
Cons: Hard to prepare

As I have been using your software for a decade I know most of the process except a few areas I had struggled with. In QBI statement, signature is required and the signed form is needed to upload in e file package. There is no instruction how to.
Pros: Easy to prepare

The product works well; however, it instructs me to make a change on my state return and pulls up the page. Although I change the figure, the software just reverts it to the original figure. Thus, I was unable to efile my state return.
