I have used H&R Block software for many years. It facilitates the otherwise difficult figuring out the tax code. One complaint. I think I was charged for three state downloads. Could you research and correct.

I’m unclear what actual help comes with the product I purchased-both technical (how it works) and expert (tax /product/worksheet) wise. Also unclear what’s in the updates
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I've used your software for several years, and inspite of multiple requests, your program does not run cleanly on McIntosh computers. Just loading required several visits to the help desk. Printing is stilll messy, and prices keep rising, in spite of a super simple senior return.

eeds some work regarding the No Tax On Tips code

Like the program, but it needs some work regarding the No Tax On Tips code change. My employer did not use an 1099NEC that combined wages and tips and I found no obvious way to separate them. Had to make a call to support and they helped me manually change the Schedule C form.
Cons: Time consuming
