couldn't bring 2024 return info over on to 2025, Had to start like this was a new person getting there taxes filled out.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

The north carolina use tax issue was problematic in that i did not fully understand what records were necessary to certify that i owed no use tax, hence i was left with the only choice of paying the amount shown in the software.

Cons: Time consuming
