It seems thorough and gets the job done well. I like the eFile option as well.
Being able to see the underlying forms is helpful after having done my own forms before. Seeing them gives me more confidence that things are right.

My one issue is that navigation is not clear. I know that our tax system is crazy complicated, so it is important that I have been to all the right places. Some kind of visual summary with checkboxes indicating that I’ve been here before, and its obvious when I am in a new section.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always used this brand of software. Because I have Enterprise Zone credits the software won't let me send my Colorado state return electronically. But the State won't let me claim them if I don't file electronically. This needs to be fixed!

I have used this product for many years. The main problem is in farm depreciation it never has retained the figures from the previous year. The terms of depreciation have to be reset every year. This is a real problem when you have many depreciable items. You have to go back to the previous year for every item and reset the terms.
