Easy to use if your taxes are straight forward.

The questions were clear and easy to answer. It made tax prep easy and more economical than other software I used. But I thought the online help wasn't as relevant as it could have been. It had pat answers to pat questions and couldn't deal with my question when I did have difficulty. It should have been more versatile, or failing that, there should have been an easy way to talk to a human who could understand the issue.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Verified Purchase:Yes
H and R works ok but still has glitches. For example, there was no connection to Bank of America and Merrill, although it looked like there was. So I had to do everything manually, which was exactly what I wanted to avoid.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's OK, but why does it ask me to verify why one value is greater than another when the software computed the value and provides me no insight to the computation
