I bought Premium version but found out there is no place to enter K-3 information. Do I have to upgrade to the most expensive version?

The software was great. But if you needed to text someone for help. I do not think they understand the English language. The guy said he would find someone else to help me but no one else ever responded.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Decent and fairly easy. The explanations they give to what things are is not always easy to understand. For instance, the codes they have for box 414 don't fit what my entry has to be and yet they do use other terms that seem like it would fit. When I put in other - they tell me it is not the right choice but no explanation as to why.
