Software kept crashing before submission to IRS.

I bought this item and was not satisfied I could not file but two taxes before the software began crashing and I could not complete the other 3 that I had to do . Gave erronous errors that did not pertain to customer. Required updates even after updating software. I total loss in my business customer satisfaction.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Politicized tax program

Disappointed that this program highlighted the provisions of the Big Beautiful Bill like it was on Trumps’s payroll. The origin of other tax breaks is
not explained—why is this one? I have it on good authority
that TurboTax didn’t see fit to politicize a tax program—I’ll be giving my money to them next year.

Too basic. I found mistakes in the school district tax software. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't allow uploads of required documents (ex: court appointed fiduciary) to file electronically. Terrible!

Over Done!

When the taxes are completed, we ought to be able to save and close, not be held at bay tell us to go back, what for???? When it's done.. IT'S DONE. You could have a better program, but I am highly disappointed in the way the it was setup this 2025 tax Year. I'm through, never again!!!!

I used Turbo Tax for years. Then due to a bug in Turbo Tax I could not e-file my tax return. I had to print and mail my income tax return. Since then I have used H & R Block software to do my income tax.
