Updates do not come fast enough. Waiting for software update that addresses QBI caryforward losses from a k-1 statement. Irrelevant to filing my taxes.

Very disappointed that I couldn’t import 1099 data from my financial institution. After being told twice that it would be fixed with the next HR software update I gave up and entered it manually. I’ll be using another brand of tax preparation software next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For a first time user, this software was easy to use and very thorough. It appears very accurate. E-filing is the way to go. We will definitely be using it again next year.

Verified Purchase:Yes
At the end, ready to e-file federal state the program would not let me because it needed to update. That update process was an Endless loop I needed to save work before the update. Left me to believe that I was risking having to do my taxes it all over again. I suggest they do a little bit more testing because I was not happy with the fear that endless loop created.

Cons: Hard to import documents
