The software has a glitch that does not allow you to refile your taxes when if was rejected by the IRS. Support team could not help and hard to talk to a human.

I have used your program for several years and only have one complaint. When you ask for a review of some of the forms, either entered or down loaded, you show so little of the form that I often can't identify the form. I really fear these questions at the end and am going to try Turbo Tax next year to see if they make questions easier to answer. Other wise I'm happy.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Too many review errors

There were many, many review errors that should have been asked about when the original data was entered. The software is clumsy, and not refined compared to TurboTax. I had to abandon TurboTax because of their requiring an operating system I don't have.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have utilized H&R Block software for years now. Have always had minor issues with K-1 reporting but this year could not finish taxes with an indication I would have to wait for another software update. I even tried updating from Deluxe to Premium; got the same result. Was a waste of money to try Premium. Hoping next software update fixes things.

I always buy the HR Block (Premium) Software, and love it. I like how I can upload documents like W2, 1099s, and all my stock transactions. That alone saves me several hours (over 150 transactions per year). I am confident in my return as the software walks me through the necessary components for schedules A, B, C, etc. I use all of them.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
