2017 state return still pending 10 months later

I filed both federal and state but only the federal got transmitted and filed. The state return was transmitted but still in pending status 10 months later.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So easy it's scary.

While my tax situation is not as complex as some my filing this year would have been a real pain and a high risk of my making mistakes. H & R Block took the pain away and left no scars. Well done!

Needs some improvement

After e-filing the federal return, I went to check status. Federal return accepted but could not just "print screen" through regular means- had to go thru about 5 steps to change to my printer instead of default pdf 995. Needed tech support. Please make that feature easier.

The high state costs and state efile costs really surprised and disappointed me. I wish I had checked other's costs before committing to H&R
