I bought the premium version because we own mutual funds. Being able to import the information and have it in the correct places is invaluable. Without that feature, I would have be paying an accountant as I would have had no idea how to do that part.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only problem I had was installing updates. I disabled the Norton firewall but that didn't help. I had to go to your website to download the updates/

I've used this product for 30 years!! This year is the worst!! Fed won't except the return, they said AGI or PIN don't match last year!! Submitted 3 times!! Gave up!! Not happy!!!

I bought the product last month, one update( on 2/27/2026) later, I still have not been able to file my taxes. The program said I have to wait for another update on 3/14/2026.
It is frustrating dealing with incomplete programs when doing taxes, especially in an already hostile environment.

No everyone works in IT or spend their days on a computer. When your nerds design a product they should TEST it. The way you test it is not with the engineer who designed it but with a potential consumer like me. You could watch me as I try to enter your Activation code which has a DASH between the 10 characters but will not work if you put it in. Another thing. Not everyone has 20/15 eyesight. Will not cost you anything to increase the size of your lettering.
