I really like this software and have used it for many years. This year I had more trouble than ever getting the updates to download and install properly. That was frustrating as I needed the update to get a form that I had to file.

So close....

Software was unable to eFile my single state tax return. The product I bought had a description that said it could eFile both my Federal and State taxes, but nope. Not this lovely application. Why not, you ask? Well, to claim a specific credit in the state of WV (MV-1 Personal Property tax credit) you have to send in the actual form - this application cannot reproduce it. According to the state website, simply including the credit claim number when eFiling seems to be acceptable. Not an option within this application. Will not buy ever again. Intuit, here I come.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very frustrating to use, indicates information is wrong, such as DL renewal date, which is not wrong, and keeps coming back to that data not allowing me to file.
