Very disappointed this year. Lots of bugs. I had to redo my taxes twice because the program would erase numbers I had put in or change the name of my dependents. Seriously considering try quickbooks next year.

Declining quality. Crashed while getting and/or corrupted W2s and 1099s from payroll provider and investment firms. Doesn't know how to guide for RSUs reported on both a W2 and a 1099. Used for many years butt will try the leading competitor next year.
