The software is terrible. I don't know why I keep using it every year. When there is an error it doesn't let you fix it in the error notice.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have been using your product for many years, I think about 25 years or so. I tried another platform once after I dried yours way back in late 1990s but discovered that nothing else will do the fine job your product does.

I have used this software for several years, and this year I was totally frustrated because of having to wait for updates to be able to file. I entered all of my data at the beginning of February, and my tax returns were not accepted until the end of February.

Adequate software. Not great. Type is very small to read and adjusting the computer settings don’t change the program. Flow is fine, but difficult to get back directly to an individual page/question to change or update.
