Have used HR Block for many years and am always pleased. It just takes them a while to update all the forms in the software to allow me to submit my tax return.

Very satisfied with the data entry process. My only negative is the fact the Medical information from Schedule A does not roll over to the state forms as it does with other Tax preparation software.

I've been using this software for more than 5 years already. User friendly, great product compared to other software. My only suggestion to increase the number of times we can file our federal tax returns online. As of today 1 software will allow you 5 times only to e file. Since we are big family needing to e file, it is helpful if we could have a software which would allow more e filing. We don't mind if you will increase the price as long as we only purchase 1 software. Thank you.
